Aunt Ida’s Goat Milk Laundry Soap: Anyone with sensitive skin, who cares about our environment and wants to avoid harsh, chemical ridden laundry detergents, needs to try this! Our old-fashioned laundry soap, made from all natural ingredients, can not only be used as a detergent but also, makes an excellent stain removal treatment for clothing too! Just wet the spot, rub the soap bar into the fabric fibers and let the garment sit for a few hours (even overnight) and then wash! You will be amazed at the results.
Recipe for Homemade Laundry Detergent:
1 grated bar of Aunt Ida's Goat Milk Laundry Soap
1 c Borax
1/2 c Baking Soda
1 c Washing Soda
Mix well and store in an air-tight container.
Usage: 2 tbsp of detergent for top loading full loads. For front loading HE washers, use only 1/2 this amount or 1tbsp. You may want to adjust the usage depending on your particular washing machine.
NOTE: Although this laundry detergent does not make a lot of suds, as you would normally see with conventional store bought detergents, does not indicate that it is not working. Also, because of this homemade laundry detergent is low suds makes it great to use in HE washing machines.

Ingredients: Fresh goat milk, olive oil, coconut oil, organic palm oil, almond oil, castor oil, Shea butter, ginger and lime essential oils, benzoin resin extract, ground chamomile, chlorophyll.
