CROCHET CLASSES
FOR KIDS

We are excited to introduce our first offering within the Fiber Arts world, catered JUST for kids!

FIRST DATES for PART ONE-
listed HERE & open for enrollment!

Very small group sizes, intentionally- for focused and guided exploration of all things fiber arts!
That said, if groups do not meet a minimum of 3- I will try to condense dates & times. Thank you!

Kendall has always been crafty, but when she learned how to Crochet in 2019 at Scituate’s own, Staci’s Stitches - life would never be the same!

Sign your child up (ages 6-9, 10-13) with Kendall for a FARM FUN introductory course on fiber arts!

AND LEARN MORE HERE

Offered in two parts, the first will take place at the farm. We will delve into the logistics of the fiber world. What is wool? Where does yarn come from? How is it made and what is the process like? We will spend time sitting with the sheep who give our farm fine wool, and even help prepare it for processing!

The second part will take place at Staci’s (dates TBD) where we will get technical with crochet. We will learn about the different kinds of yarn, , how to hold the hook, start a chain and maybe even tackle single crochet!

Offered for TWO different age ranges, in small groups (4-6 spots):
6 - 9 and 10- 13
Caregivers are invited to stay and hang / observe
but not required.

Have a kid who knows the basics already?
Don’t worry! I’ll be holding several ‘continuing education’ workshops & other offerings for crochet too! Stay tuned!
