Diana Kalivas, certified women’s Fit-to-Flourish personal- and group- trainer, will be starting complete body-toning sessions in our natural country-like setting. Be as one with the earth, enriching your spirit, strengthening your body, empowering the will to improve yourself all while getting fresh air and the experience with our farm animals. She will keep you as busy as bee using a balanced approach of training: ALL muscle groups to be worked, balance training, cardio bursts, flexibility and stretching. Hay bails, water pails, benches and other tools will be used!

Price: $60 for all 4 weeks ($15/class) or $20 per class.

How to register: Please fill out the form below; specify which time you want- how many people will join you and whether you are interested in 1 class or all 4.
If you choose to pay by PayPal or Check we must receive payment by August 31st or else your spot will not be guaranteed. For those who select cash, please plan to bring the entire amount due on your first day.
Parking: *We are a residence and can only currently offer driveway & on street parking. Since the class lets everyone out at once, we suggest using the driveway to avoid street congestion.
Do park on the “Dalby side” of the street if you need to leave early.
