Ladies! Come to Dalby Farm for our all-new fitness experience!
Diana Kalivas, certified women’s Fit-to-Flourish personal- and group- trainer, will be returning to Dalby Farm this year with her complete body-toning sessions in our natural country-like setting. Be as one with the earth, enriching your spirit, strengthening your body, empowering the will to improve yourself all while getting fresh air and the experience with our farm animals. She will keep you as busy as bee using a balanced approach of training: ALL muscle groups to be worked, balance training, cardio bursts, flexibility and stretching. Hay bails, water pails, benches and other tools will be used!
Enroll in our weekly sessions where our working farm, and your body, become transformed: Coaching for ALL levels of fitness will be provided.
 **A portion of the proceeds is donated Dalby Farm and the animals you’ll get to meet**

Price:  $145 for 8 weeks, $132 for 6 weeks, $100 for 4, $20 CASH drop-in. The 8 week package is the most economical at ~$18/class!
We require a 30% nonrefundable deposit – an invoice will be sent to you via Dalby Farm’s PayPal account and due on receipt. You do not need an account with PayPal in order to submit payment.
Failure to pay will void your registration/spot. The remaining balance will be due before or on the first day of class. If you choose to pay your balance with PayPal, Diana will invoice you directly.
$20 class drop-in.
*Friend Referral Offer!!! Get a friend to sign up for 8 weeks and receive a free one on one training session with Diana.
To qualify, your friend must write your name in the questions/comments box on the registration form noting that their registration is a referral.
*Mother/Daughter discount!!! Moms! Bring your high school age daughter (15+) and only pay $260 for 8 classes (must be pre-registered).
Who: Open to all women ages 15 and up: Beginners to advanced levels. All levels of fitness will be guided and challenged appropriately.
*Ladies under 18 will need parental signature on provided forms upon drop-off if parent is not participating*

Where: Dalby Farm, 59 Grove St, Scituate, MA

What to bring: Yoga mat, water, a dumbbell (optional but preferred)

How to register: Please fill out the form below. Upon receiving your registration we will send an invoice for a deposit. Your registration will not be considered valid until that is paid. The remaining balance will be due before or on the first day of class. Those who select to pay their balance with PayPal will be invoiced by Diana directly.

Parking: *We are a residence and can only currently offer driveway & on street parking. Since the class lets everyone out at once, we suggest using the driveway to avoid street congestion.
Do park on the “Dalby side” of the street if you need to leave early.

Strong attendance is encouraged so you can get the best results and stay accountable.


A make up class will be held on a Sunday morning or Monday night if there is bad weather.
 *IF a class needs to be cancelled we will post it on our Facebook one hour before (7:15am), day of. We will also send an email/Facebook message. In some instances we will call. If you have a preference please let us know.*
